For founders

Find the founder story worth telling.

A guided six-hour workshop that turns your life into the narrative your company needs. Built for founders who are fundraising, building in public, or between companies.

Why most founder content fails.

You know what you built. You cannot explain why it matters or why you are the one to build it. The usual advice is to tell your story. Nobody teaches you how to find the story worth telling.

So you post generic advice. You sound like every other founder. Investors skim. Users scroll. The best version of what you could say stays buried in your own memory, unexamined.

The problem is not effort. The problem is the substrate. When your substrate is a real audit of your own life, the content writes itself.

The method.

Three categories. Seven guided sessions. One final portrait of who you are as a founder, grounded in the life you have actually lived.

Relationships

Five people who shaped you. Parents, mentors, rivals, partners, anyone who left a mark. Specific memories, not generic ones.

Work

Four or five jobs that mattered. Not the ones on your CV. The ones that changed how you think about building and leading.

Health

Obstacles overcome, physical, mental, emotional. The things that made you pay attention to what you were actually made of.

What you get.

  • A written eulogy.
400 to 700 words. Past tense. The portrait of who you are now and who you are becoming, pulled from everything you wrote in the workshop.
  • A sticky-note life map.
Every person, job, and obstacle as a note on an infinite canvas. Draggable. Groupable. The screenshot that goes on LinkedIn.
  • A PDF export.
Send it to your cofounder. Share it with your investor. Keep it for yourself.

Who it is for.

Founders fundraising. Investors back people. Give them the story that makes you memorable.

Founders building in public. Stop posting generic advice. Post things only you could write.

Founders between companies. Rebuild your narrative before you launch the next thing.

One tier. No subscription.

Questions.

Why a eulogy?
The eulogy is a metaphor, not a death ritual. It is the only format that forces you to write about yourself the way someone who knew you well would. Past tense. Specific. No CV padding. It surfaces what you actually stand for.
How long does it really take?
Five to seven hours total, spread across seven sessions. You do not do it in one sitting. You get one session at a time, save your work, come back. Most founders finish over two weeks.
Is this AI-generated content?
No. You write every answer yourself. Sage, our AI coach, proposes paragraph drafts in three tones after you answer the questions. You pick one and edit. The eulogy is synthesized from your paragraphs, not from thin air.
Do I need to share it with anyone?
No. Your workshop is private. You can export it as a PDF and share it with a cofounder, investor, or ghostwriter, or keep it to yourself.
What if I do not finish?
You keep your progress forever. Come back in a week or a year. The work you have done is waiting.
Who built this?
Fat Monk Media Ltd., based in Calgary. The methodology underneath is called StoryYoulogy. The workshop is the product.
